I lost my owner’s manual. Can I get a replacement?
Yes. Contact your dealer. If the dealer does not have one in stock, the dealer can contact Harman Stove Company and have a manual sent directly to you.

I need service and my stove is under warranty. Who do I contact?
Contact the dealer you purchased the stove from.

Is my warranty transferable to another person?
Yes. Your Harman Gold Warranty is fully transferable to a new owner for the balance of the warranty period. Your dealer must fill out a warranty registration form and mail the form to Harman Stove Company.

My Dealer has gone out of business and my stove is still under warranty. Can another Harman dealer service my stove under warranty?
Yes. The servicing dealer must be an authorized Harman dealer.

What is covered under my warranty?
The Harman Gold Warranty covers parts and labor on electrical components for a period of 3 years from the date of purchase. Materials and workmanship are covered for a period of 6 years from the date of purchase. Your warranty information is written in your owner’s manual. Consult your owner’s manual for warranty information and exclusions.
